Founder & Director
M. Pharmacy | 20+ Years in Neuropsychiatric and Pharmaceutical Leadership
over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. L. Sasikumar is the visionary behind Roarmed Pharmaceuticals. A postgraduate in Pharmacy (M. Pharm), his career reflects a deep-rooted commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation, quality, and purpose.
Mr. Sasikumar began his journey with a 2-year tenure at RPG Life Sciences, followed by a year with Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he honed his technical and strategic acumen. He then contributed significantly to Ranbaxy Laboratories for 8 years, gaining vital experience in product development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. For the past 12 years, he has been an integral part of Linux Laboratories, playing a key role in scaling operations, driving brand success, and ensuring manufacturing excellence.
With a strong foundation in neuropsychiatry, formulation development, and team leadership, Mr. Sasikumar founded Roarmed to fill the therapeutic gaps in mental and neurological care. Under his guidance, Roarmed is committed to delivering next-generation neuropsychiatric formulations that are clinically meaningful and globally competitive.
His leadership philosophy blends scientific precision with compassionate care, positioning Roarmed as a brand rooted in trust, innovation, and long-term value for doctors and patients alike.

Ms. Praveena S, Director at Roarmed Pharmaceuticals, is a dynamic and passionate educator with over 5 years of experience in teaching across primary and higher secondary levels. Her expertise spans classroom management, curriculum development, and teacher training, underpinned by a strong foundation in physical sciences and a deep commitment to human development.
A graduate in Physics from Jeyaraj Annapackiam College and holder of a B.Ed in Physical Science and Mathematics from Sathyabama University, Praveena has also led life skills workshops for educators and actively participated in capacity-building programs—demonstrating her dedication to impactful learning and leadership.

Mr. Sekar Kothandaraman is a seasoned and result-driven pharmaceutical professional with an illustrious career spanning over three decades across pharmaceuticals, finance, corporate affairs, commercial operations, plant management, supply chain, and business development.
He has held senior leadership roles in some of the most respected names in the industry, including Mimulus Laboratories Private Limited, Dr. Miltons Laboratories, Exeltis India (Chemo, Spain), Ordain Health Care, and The Madras Pharmaceuticals.
Notable milestones in his career include:
- Setting up a Liquid Manufacturing Plant for Woodwards Gripe Water (TTK Healthcare)
- Executing a Joint Venture with Exeltis (Chemo, Spain) for a non-beta-lactam oral solid dosage facility
- Spearheading the demerger and JV with PAR Pharma (USA) to establish a USFDA-compliant manufacturing plant
Currently serving as Director at Mimulus Laboratories, Mr. Sekar brings unparalleled insight into regulated market operations, strategic partnerships, and pharmaceutical growth models. Mr. J. Gopalakrishnan
Chief Technical Advisor
19+ Years of Expertise in Formulation R&D & Technology Transfer
Mr. J. Gopalakrishnan is a highly accomplished pharmaceutical technologist with over 19 years of specialized experience in Formulation Research & Development, Technology Transfer, and Process Optimization. His expertise spans oral solids, semi-solids, and liquid orals for regulatory, domestic, and international market's including Europe, Canada, and ROW.
He holds dual advanced degree M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics and M.S in Pharmaceutical Technology and has led multi-disciplinary R&D teams across India and international markets. His past leadership roles include Chief Technical Officer at Mimulus Laboratories, Director of R&D at Pharmalliance Algeria, and senior positions at Exeltis India (Chemo Group), Dr. Miltons Laboratories, and Apex Labs.
Mr. Gopalakrishnan has successfully managed high-value ANDA projects, site transfers, and technology transfers for regulated markets. He has built and scaled pilot plants and formulation labs, and introduced innovative dosage forms such as bi-layer tablets, sublingual tablets, and sustained-release formulations.
At Roarmed, he brings visionary scientific leadership and operational excellence, ensuring that every formulation meets international standards of quality, compliance, and therapeutic value.
