Over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. L. Sasikumar is the visionary behind Roarmed Pharmaceuticals. A postgraduate in Pharmacy (M. Pharm), his career reflects a deep-rooted commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation, quality, and purpose.
Mr. Sasikumar began his journey with a 2-year tenure at RPG Life Sciences, followed by a year with Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he honed his technical and strategic acumen. He then contributed significantly to Ranbaxy Laboratories for 8 years, gaining vital experience in product development, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs. For the past 12 years, he has been an integral part of Linux Laboratories, playing a key role in scaling operations, driving brand success, and ensuring manufacturing excellence.
With a strong foundation in neuropsychiatry, formulation development, and team leadership, Mr. Sasikumar founded Roarmed to fill the therapeutic gaps in mental and neurological care. Under his guidance, Roarmed is committed to delivering next-generation neuropsychiatric formulations that are clinically meaningful and globally competitive.

Holding a B.Sc., B.Ed. in Physical Science and Mathematics from Sathyabama University, she brings analytical thinking, communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning to her role in pharmaceutical formulations. As Director of a pharmaceutical sales and formulations company, she is involved in business development, promotion of high-quality pharmaceutical products and sourcing the high quality products manufacturers and Vendor Audit and Qualification. She is committed to supporting innovation, quality, and customer-focused solutions in the pharmaceutical sector while continuing her journey as a lifelong learner and leader.
Mr. Ganesh - Director | B.Tech – Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Operations Leadership
With nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Ganesh brings extensive expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, production operations, outsourcing management, and business development. He completed his B.Tech in Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology from Bharathidasan University in 2005 and is currently pursuing his MBA from Jain University.
Mr. Ganesh began his career as a Production Chemist at Micro Labs and later worked with Ordain Health Care Global and Torrent Pharmaceuticals, gaining valuable expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing and outsourcing operations.
Driven by entrepreneurial vision, he successfully led his own venture,Its Oxgen Life sciences, for seven years. For the past 10 years, he has been associated with Linux Laboratories, contributing significantly to operational excellence and organizational growth.
With strong industry knowledge and a practical leadership approach, Mr. Ganesh remains committed to building quality-driven, innovative, and sustainable pharmaceutical businesses.

Mr. J. Gopalakrishnan, M.Pharm, M.S Chief Technical Officer | Formulation Expert
With over two decades of expertise in pharmaceutical formulation development, Mr. J. Gopalakrishnan serves as the technical backbone of Roarmed Pharmaceuticals. His core strengths include Formulation R&D, Technology Transfer, Process Optimization, and Manufacturing Excellence, with a proven track record across global regulatory markets including CDSCO, UKMHRA, and Health Canada.He began his career in 2000 as a Trainee Chemist at ICI India Ltd. and has since held senior scientific and leadership positions at Apex Laboratories, Franco Indian Remedies, Exeltis India (Chemo Group), Dr. Miltons Laboratories, and Pharmalliance Algeria. Holding an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics and an M.S. in Pharmaceutical Technology, Mr. Gopalakrishnan has successfully led multidisciplinary R&D teams in India and overseas. His experience covers oral solids, liquids, and semisolids for regulated markets in Europe and Canada, as well as domestic and ROW territories.A specialist in new product development, site audits, and technology transfers, he has pioneered innovative dosage forms including bi-layer tablets, sublinguals, and sustained-release formulations. His leadership has driven multiple successful ANDA filings, commercial scale-ups, and pilot plant establishments in Apex labs. Mr Gopalakrishnan defines the scientific vision and technical roadmap, ensuring every product meets stringent global quality standards while delivering real therapeutic value. His expertise underpins Roarmed’s commitment to compliance, innovation, and excellence in neuropsychiatric and speciality care.
